4JM Contracting

Justin Lusby, one of the two original owners of 4JM contracting, has been married to his wife Lauren for 15 years. Together they have four children and live on a small farm in Lititz, where they enjoy spending time outside with their various animals, riding 4wheelers and hunting. In his time off, you can find him fishing, grilling, playing his bass guitar, or relaxing with his family watching a movie. Justins childhood dream of becoming a missionary pilot transformed over the years into a love for general contracting and he has spent the past 21 years in residential construction. As our estimator and designer, he enjoys working with and getting to know his customers and helping them create their dream space. Once you have worked with Justin his core values of working hard and having fun will be evident to you.

Bryan Martin, one of the original two owners of what is now 4JM Contracting, lives in Narvon with his wife of 8 years, Kaitlyn, and their 3 children. He has spent the past 14 years in the construction field and enjoys the transformative work and variety that general contracting brings. As a job supervisor, Bryan strives to bring you a beautifully completed project with integrity and honesty as his driving values. In his spare time, you’ll find him enjoying time with his family outdoors fishing, hunting, or camping.

Jim Lusby has been working with 4JM since 2019 and joined the company as a partner in 2024. Jim and his wife Jamie have been married for 20 years, and have 4 daughters, who are their proudest accomplishments in life. Together as a family, they enjoy spending time outside hunting, fishing, and kayaking. They also sing together at various local events and churches.
As an estimator for the company, you can count on Jims’s attention to detail, integrity, and honesty. He loves collaborating with our customers and strives to make their vision for their project come to life.

John Moorehead joined the 4JM crew in 2022 following a career in HVAC and became a company partner and job supervisor in 2024. John knew from an early age that he wanted to be in construction and custom building. His variety of skills, patient personality, and strong attention to detail make him a natural at both, in the field with 4JM and in his custom chopper builds. He currently lives in Mohnton with his wife of 6 years, Katie, and their two children. On the weekends you can find John and his family enjoying time outside or at one of the various motorcycle shows displaying one of his custom choppers.

Justin Fabian and his wife Jacqueline have been married for 17 years and live in Maytown. Along with their two sons, they love hunting, baseball and relaxing as a family at the beach. Justin joined the 4JM crew in 2020 and became a partner in the company in 2024. As a job supervisor for the company, Justin brings 21 years of experience in plumbing and construction which make him an incredible asset. His greatest accomplishments are his family and becoming a small business owner with a talented group of guys, who share his core values of integrity, precision, and working hard at the challenge in front of you.
