Stevens, PA In-Law Quarter Project

Deb came to 4JM Contracting looking to turn her garage into an in-law quarter for her and her husband. She wanted an open floor plan between the kitchen and living room. After making a few revisions, we came up with a plan that worked and gave her exactly what she wanted. From there she made all her final material selections and we got everything ordered. The 4JM crew came in and did demo, framing and plumbing. When the electricians and drywallers were finished our crew installed flooring, trim, a full kitchen including granite counter tops and a tile back splash, and a full bathroom. From there our painter came in and final hardware was installed. We also added timber post and beams to the exterior to dress up the front entryways.
