This New Holland, PA homeowner called us wanting to renovate their existing sunroom into an easy-to-access, single level space and add a new deck for grilling. We raised the floor to meet the main house and installed French doors.

We also installed easy-to-maneuver slider windows that come with a lifetime warranty for maximum airflow in the space. We inserted a storm door with retractable screen. The 4JM Contracting team also replaced the siding on the interior of the sunroom and added a new ceiling and indoor / outdoor carpet.

Exiting the sunroom, we added a no-maintenance, durable composite deck with vinyl railing for outdoor cooking and entertaining.
